I've been getting a full head of highlights for 15 years. NEVER have I had such a dreadful experience. My hair has NEVER been in such awful condition, even though I was pushed to buy a conditioning treatment to "enhance the color." After the first wash, my hair felt like a big tangled mess. On top of that, the highlights were placed way too far from the roots, showing immediate regrowth, and I had to return after two weeks for the owner and stylist to fix her mistakes with the foiling that became visible as the toner faded. To make matters worse, I spent over three hours in the salon and wasn't even offered a drink of water. I would absolutely not recommend!!!
Rachael's salon is stunning and always smells delightful. Rachael is a highly skilled and talented colorist who managed to revive my severely damaged, over-bleached hair. She gave me a gorgeous platinum blonde for a year and suggested great products that restored my hair to a healthy state, allowing it to grow back. Rachael suggested I try a copper red shade for a change (I was considering a change but wasn't sure what). I absolutely adore my red hair, everyone does, and my hair is now silky and strong. I wholeheartedly recommend Rachael to anyone looking for fabulous hair.
This lass is top-notch! It's taken me years to find a hair stylist who really knows their stuff, is trustworthy, and fun to be around. The salon has a cool suburban vibe just like its owner. Maybe it's not a fancy salon, but you walk out feeling so pleased with the end result. I had my granddaughter's hair done for her 16th birthday and the results were amazing. I had it done for her the year before at a city salon, but Grace's results were ten times better. My granddaughter was thrilled. Grace Salon is absolutely fantastic, please never shut down!
