The service we received was exceptional as the staff assisted my partner and me in selecting the wedding rings we desired. To the two staff members who helped us (you know who you are), keep up the fantastic work!
This week I visited Pascoes and found the perfect earrings with the help of friendly staff, which I truly appreciated. They also educated me on the properties of silver and sulfur in Rotorua, explaining how to properly clean them. A few days later, due to exposure to a mudpool, my earrings and rings turned black. I returned to the store and they graciously cleaned them for me (as I was only visiting briefly and did not have the necessary cleaning products).
