Absolutely disregarded my instructions, now my hair stands up as if electrified. I specified a slight trim, but they went nearly bald on top. Presently, I must conceal this disaster with a hoodie and hat. Avoid this place unless seeking a disastrous haircut.
Requested a simple tidy up, but the stylist went overboard with the clippers, resulting in a haphazard cut. The blonde stylist lacked friendliness and appeared unkempt in her attire, casting doubt on her competence. With no other patrons waiting, I easily walked in and took a seat, only to spend an additional $50 elsewhere to rectify the mess on my head.
Arrived at 4.55pm today, staff member refused service when I requested to wait for another staff member to cut my hair as I felt more comfortable with that option. Multiple excuses were given - first it was too late, then it was supposedly the other staff member's last customer for the day (despite 25 minutes remaining until closing and I was the sole customer present), and finally, it was claimed that the other staff member only does long haircuts, even though the previous customer had the same haircut I desired. I don't even reside in this town, and it takes me half an hour to reach Rotorua on a good day. The staff desperately require customer service and communication training.
