Happy to go the extra mile for a visitor during the busiest time of year. I don't give 5-star ratings, so 4 is the cream of the crop for me. Simply observing, the two staff members were efficient, warm, and consistently polite to the large crowds that came in. Just had my premier experience at the salon with my untouched thick Māori hair! Could not have gone anywhere better. I ended up with an amazing hair stylist named JEM! He had instantly calmed my nerves and was very direct and professional the whole duration of the 4 hours it took to get my hair done. I went for a kerasilk treatment with a layered hair cut and curtain bangs! Jem was such a perfectionist going over and beyond my expectations!! I kid you not that in those 4 hours I was probably on my phone for like 10mins, that’s how much me and Jem were talking hehe. It's a very well stocked store, but the service is dreadful. Having to wait in a queue for up to 10 minutes some days is irritating, especially when there is only on average 2 checkouts open, the self checkouts are always closed when I go in and as a tradie having to wait to be served for that long is frustrating. The car park is spacious, well lit, and very easy to access. The supermarket has clear aisle signage down each aisle that makes it easy to find the product you are looking for, especially if you are a visitor. I had no trouble navigating the store.
The shelves were well stocked, staff friendly, and plenty of check out operators or self-checkout options.
There was a pharmacy in the store, but when I visited at 11 am on Monday, it was closed!!
Overall, I found it a pleasant shopping experience.

Visited for a cut and colour session with Rone this morning. While I've had positive experiences at Vivo previously, Rone stood out for being incredibly helpful and informative.

Honestly, the prices have become quite steep in the past year. It has transitioned from reasonable to resembling dairy prices. It doesn't compare to Koutu or the even superior Ngongotaha 4square.
