I've been getting a full head of highlights for 15 years. NEVER have I had such a dreadful experience. My hair has NEVER been in such awful condition, even though I was pushed to buy a conditioning treatment to "enhance the color." After the first wash, my hair felt like a big tangled mess. On top of that, the highlights were placed way too far from the roots, showing immediate regrowth, and I had to return after two weeks for the owner and stylist to fix her mistakes with the foiling that became visible as the toner faded. To make matters worse, I spent over three hours in the salon and wasn't even offered a drink of water.
