I visited to have my lip, chin, and brows waxed/threaded. I've had bad experiences in the past in Wellington, so I've gone months without grooming my brows. Due to my past experiences, I always clearly explain what I want - just a tidy up, no shaping, and definitely no thinning or rounding at the front/middle. The lady just nodded and proceeded. When she finished, it was so awful I almost cried. My brow was cut, and she had excessively thinned my left brow. I couldn't believe the poor job she did. While waxing my lip and chin, the wax was spread over my lips, which was very frustrating, and she even blew on the wax, which is unhygienic. Afterward, I had little pimples around my chin and lip.
I was offered a free henna to fix the brow because the lady admitted she did a terrible job, but the henna wore off, and the damage was done. I had my eyebrows tattooed, both top and bottom. Wasn't sure what to expect but the team was amazing and very attentive throughout the entire process. I then opted to have my eyebrows done and honestly, they look so much better now. They were very thin with no shape, and I was tired of filling them in every day. The car park is spacious, well lit, and very easy to access. The supermarket has clear aisle signage down each aisle that makes it easy to find the product you are looking for, especially if you are a visitor. I had no trouble navigating the store.
The shelves were well stocked, staff friendly, and plenty of check out operators or self-checkout options.
There was a pharmacy in the store, but when I visited at 11 am on Monday, it was closed!!
Overall, I found it a pleasant shopping experience.

Hands down, one of the priciest dental clinics in Wellington. They quoted me $1250 for a wisdom tooth extraction. (I got it done elsewhere for under $600, including a 3D x-ray.) They charged me almost $600 for a simple wisdom tooth filling! (Ironically, it was this tooth that needed extraction due to the pain.) Also, it was quite challenging to secure an appointment for reasons unknown.
