No stars. But had to give one. I visited to have my lip, chin, and brows waxed/threaded. I've had bad experiences in the past in Wellington, so I've gone months without grooming my brows. Due to my past experiences, I always clearly explain what I want - just a tidy up, no shaping, and definitely no thinning or rounding at the front/middle. The lady just nodded and proceeded. When she finished, it was so awful I almost cried. My brow was cut, and she had excessively thinned my left brow. I couldn't believe the poor job she did. While waxing my lip and chin, the wax was spread over my lips, which was very frustrating, and she even blew on the wax, which is unhygienic. Afterward, I had little pimples around my chin and lip. I was offered a free henna to fix the brow because the lady admitted she did a terrible job, but the henna wore off, and the damage was done. I won't ever return to this place.
Reasonably priced and great service, but if you're short on time, it's best to book in advance to avoid waiting. It can get a bit busy at times, but you always leave satisfied with the service provided 😊...
