I had a fantastic massage experience at this establishment! The masseuse displayed remarkable skill and expertise in her practice. The ambiance was delightful, contributing to a truly relaxing session. I am looking forward to my next visit without a doubt.
The office space was cozy and warm on a chilly day, but my spa experience left something to be desired. I had scheduled an aromatherapy massage, but what I received was not quite what I had in mind. There was no initial consultation before the massage to inquire about any specific concerns I might have had. During the session, another staff member entered the room twice, engaging in hushed conversations that made me uneasy. Additionally, as a healthcare professional, I was troubled by the lack of attention to hygiene. After the massage, I noticed the balm used was a large tub that was mostly empty, with visible finger marks. It seemed unsanitary that the therapist's hand had been dipping in and out, potentially exposing clients to infections. While the therapist was kind and amiable, the language barrier made it challenging to address these issues effectively.
I thoroughly enjoyed a professional Thai massage that transported me back to the serene atmospheres of Thailand and Bali. I will certainly be returning for another session.
