A few years ago, I would have highly recommended this place as good value for money. But over the years it has gotten steadily worse. Poor quality products, nails don't last, prep is rushed, nails get damaged due to lack of care. Occasionally I would still go here if my usual place was fully booked or for emergency repairs. But after my most recent experience, I would never go back!
I visited the new shop in Barrington Mall today and it was my first time there. I found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. I asked for a gentle pedicure and the result was excellent. The process was not rushed and care was taken to ensure I was happy with my nails. I will definitely be returning.
Absolutely bloody amazing!! We got a shocking nail job done overseas and the lasses were so happy to help us on short notice. They were so friendly and worked really hard to make us feel happy and comfortable after our previous experience. The nails were so stunning and the staff were so gentle. The nail art blew me away, would absolutely recommend to anyone and will most definitely be back when we visit Auckland next. I can't thank these ladies enough!!
