I have been getting my nails done by Kim at Lush Nail Lab for a good few years now. They do an outstanding job, with stunning designs and top-notch products. The foundation gel keeps my nails sturdy, and the gel polish stays put. My nails always look fabulous and last a solid 3 weeks. I am a busy mum who will every now and then treat myself to some pampering with Kiri. Whether it is hands or feet I am always spoilt and leave with amazing nails and skin feeling relaxed. Kiri takes her time ensuring polish is removed and applied with technique and care, she is professional and lovely and good at what she does. Decided to give this place another chance after trying somewhere else, but it turned out to be a rip-off once again. Quite disheartening. The service started off well, but then it went downhill. The ladies beside me, who started 10 minutes after me, finished 5 minutes before me. It took around 25-30 minutes for a SPA GEL PEDICURE. I got burnt by the water despite asking twice to lower the temperature. I'm not a fan of showing my feet, but does this post-SPA GEL PEDICURE photo look like a good result?About

Poor quality products, nails don't last, prep is rushed, nails get damaged due to lack of care. Occasionally I would still go here if my usual place was fully booked or for emergency repairs.
