Decided to give this place another chance after trying somewhere else, but it turned out to be a rip-off once again. Quite disheartening. The service started off well, but then it went downhill. The ladies beside me, who started 10 minutes after me, finished 5 minutes before me. It took around 25-30 minutes for a SPA GEL PEDICURE. I got burnt by the water despite asking twice to lower the temperature. I'm not a fan of showing my feet, but does this post-SPA GEL PEDICURE photo look like a good result?About

Poor quality products, nails don't last, prep is rushed, nails get damaged due to lack of care. Occasionally I would still go here if my usual place was fully booked or for emergency repairs. Moana made me feel super chill and we had a great chat. I opened up about my previous experience and she was so understanding. The waxing session was painless and top-notch!
