Decided to give this place another chance after trying somewhere else, but it turned out to be a rip-off once again. Quite disheartening. The service started off well, but then it went downhill. The ladies beside me, who started 10 minutes after me, finished 5 minutes before me. It took around 25-30 minutes for a SPA GEL PEDICURE. I got burnt by the water despite asking twice to lower the temperature. I'm not a fan of showing my feet, but does this post-SPA GEL PEDICURE photo look like a good result?
This is hands down the finest Nail and Beauty Salon I've been to yet. The staff are incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and professional. They worked on my ombre nails and hair spa, both turned out equally impressive. Huge thanks to Mia and the rest of the team.
I opted for builder gel nails and nail art, but the service felt rushed and lacked customer focus. The nail art didn't match the picture at all. I was charged $125.00 for the experience. Just 4 days later, my nails started lifting and breaking. After reaching out, they offered to redo them for free. However, during the redo, they charged me for removal, which was due to the incorrect application of the builder gel initially. The builder gel itself felt cheap and became uncomfortably hot under the light, unlike any other gel I've used. Disappointing customer service, won't be returning.
