My husband Tried out this salon for a nail treatment and was left disappointed. The nail shapes were completely off. When requesting a correction, the staff hesitated and refused to admit fault or fix the issue. Despite claiming 27 years of experience, the quality of work and behavior did not reflect it, as the customer was humiliated with remarks like "you can go find another place." Is this how customers should be treated? Unbelievable.
Visited this spot for a lash and brow tinting session and was pleasantly surprised. No long wait for an appointment and the pricing was quite reasonable. Just $55 for a top-notch tint job and friendly service. Highly recommend this establishment.
Noted the positive feedback, but regretfully opted for an eyebrow treatment. It completely botched my brows. The natural shape was obliterated, leaving me with flat, overly dark brows despite requesting a natural look. Learn from my mistake. I have a wedding to attend soon and my brows are a disaster!
