Visited a few times, even after moving away. Our son got a bad haircut last time, and I specifically asked not to cut more than 4 inches off our daughter's hair. The stylist seemed quite pleased with what appeared to be 6-7 inches off. Our daughter had such lovely long hair before. Nice staff... just need to pay attention.
Strongly advise against, their apprentice ruined my daughter's hair, a dreadful cut, almost like those awful internet memes. Additionally, in response to the previous comment: apart from cutting it much shorter than we agreed, the stylist made it uneven with one side noticeably shorter than the other. Definitely doesn't look like a professional cut. Thanks for not charging me, but now I'll have to spend that money at a professional salon to fix the damage.
The Sophisticutz team is highly recommended. Convenient location, friendly service, lovely salon, and a fantastic hairdressing experience. We'll definitely return.
