Huge gratitude to the entire team. So generous of you to fit my two dogs into doggy day care and grooming today. They returned home looking lovely and exhausted, and they indicated they had a fantastic time. Such a professional establishment. I was truly impressed.
The Canine Retreat used to excel a few years back, but in my view the service they offer now is hurried and subpar. They are so swamped that there's hardly time for a chat upon arrival. I brought my tiny schnauzer in for a trim - he returned with eyebrows and an untouched beard. The rest of his body was clipped akin to a sheep. No consideration for the breed's style even after discussing with the groomer that I wanted a mini schnauzer cut. I certainly wouldn't suggest The Canine Retreat.
The canine spa works wonders grooming our retrodoodle Harvey. He always smells delightful for a full week post visit. He eagerly goes in every time & the team is incredibly amiable! Highly recommend.
