Matt and Megan and their team exceed all expectations. I highly recommend these individuals. We purchased a bed and then decided to also invest in a heat pump. This business exemplifies the importance of backing our local stores. We wouldn't receive this level of service in a large town/city. Thank you, team!
The young man was incredibly welcoming, we had conversed on the phone previously. He detailed how the machine operated and it was delivered and set up the following day. I just wish I had inquired about a few more details before making the purchase.
My most recent (and final) acquisition from Dimocks was a dishdrawer dishwasher. The tipping point was when I called within a week of installation to report that the bottom drawer wouldn't remain open (it always rolled shut). They declined to return and rectify the installation so that the dishwasher would function as expected. Very disheartening, as I was dedicated to supporting local businesses.
