I have visited numerous dentists over the years and struggle with anxiety, and this was the worst dental experience I've had. The reception staff were pleasant, but the dentist was quite rude towards me, displaying unwarranted frustration. Whenever I asked a question, she would interrupt me and often make disapproving faces. She repeatedly inquired about drug use, despite my consistent denials as I do not partake, which led to her becoming annoyed. She also wrongly assumed I had not brushed my teeth for 3 years, despite having done so a month prior, and was rough during the examination. The X-rays were mishandled, evident to me due to my past experiences, and she blamed me for the errors. I spent most of the day in tears, with a mouth full of blood, having to spit multiple times. I have never felt so uncomfortable; please seek dental care elsewhere as this was a nightmare.

I've visited Maryanne Costello a few times. The care and respect I received from Maryanne & her team were exceptional. Maryanne fixed my denture and realigned it for maximum comfort, eliminating the need for additional products to secure it. I was treated exceptionally well. Maryanne & her team were charming, polite, understanding, and maintained a well-organized and welcoming environment. If I require dental services in the future, this is where I'll come. I wish I could give a thousand stars, but alas, only 5. Thank you immensely. It was a top-notch experience and one of the best I've had. Maryanne, I wish you and your team all the best.
