Lash lift + brow lamination: lash tech was Kasey(don't know how to spell her name☺️). I came 30 minutes early for my appointment and we did start 15 minutes earlier☺️ She did my lashes & brows as I expected. She gave me a spool and keratin for the aftercare. Excellent work! The atmosphere is tidy and snug. Other staff is also polite. Keep it up. Cheers
The eyelash extension service is exceptional, with lightweight extensions that look natural and beautiful. The staff is highly skilled and friendly, and the artists are truly talented. They also offer handy parking options, and the booking process is simple and efficient. Overall, it's a top-notch experience.
The layout of the spot is A-grade but the service is subpar. The person who did my lashes wasted my cash and time, they made me lay for 3HOURS for a classic set which they all took turns poking and pulling my lashes. Whispering in their tongue and not saying a word to explain why it was taking so long just for them to finish and tell me they couldn’t achieve the look I wanted because “my lashes were too curly”. Unprofessional, insensitive and tone-deaf crew. I will never return here. If you’re of Maori descent GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
