I had an incredible experience at Serenity with Harper! She's incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with invaluable insights about various hair products and how to care for my damaged hair. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I left with some fantastic products to try.
Worst experience ever!!! I had booked an appointment with the store owner Harper for a cut and half head of foils, only to go in and be told that the appointment hadn’t been approved and that she couldn’t do it. I said I had received confirmation of the booking via email but she took that with a grain of salt and quite rudely and bluntly told me she couldn’t do anything for me today. I had the worst week and just wanted my hair done to feel good about myself, but left feeling 10 times worse. Harper was rude and not accommodating at all. Will never recommend this salon to anybody, and will never TRY book an appointment again.
I've been getting my hair done with Harper for 8 years. I'm a fussy brunette who is always happy with Harper's work. I haven't been to anyone else in Wellington since meeting her.
