I initially reached out to Ryan end of May 2019 regarding my benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) issue. I had already transitioned from heavy, traditional tablets (expected to take 5 daily) to consuming one natural, wellness capsule daily. Without adhering to the wellness capsule regimen, I would have to wake up 5 times each night.
