Absolutely shocking service. We had a scheduled meeting at 5 pm with the owner, but he was preoccupied with another individual. He then proceeded to attend to another client, completely disregarding our presence as if we were invisible. By 5.30 pm, when our patience had worn thin, he nonchalantly informed us that we would have to wait another 10 minutes. It was clear he was not familiar with the high standards of customer service in New Zealand. Appalling. I would recommend avoiding this establishment if possible. We decided to leave, and he displayed no sign of remorse. Sarah is my absolute hair wizard and goes to great lengths to ensure that my hair color is exactly what I desire every time, even with a tricky copper and lots of grey. Her ability to 'read the room' is always spot on so whether you're looking for a good chat or some quiet relaxation, she always delivers. Bonus: her head massages are top-notch 💆♀️ I've also had Lisa and Charlotte do my hair when Sarah hasn't been available and they are also both amazing at their craft. The team is incredibly kind, attentive to whether you fancy a chat or need quiet to focus - which I often do.
