I have visited various stylists at the Wellington location and all of them have been absolutely fantastic. The styling and coloring always surpasses my expectations and I leave the salon feeling self-assured. I have been styled by Hemi, Te Aroha, Hana, Rangi, and Maia over the years and all of them have done exceptional work. A big thank you to the front desk staff/managers as well because I can be a bit difficult with changing appointments, but they are always accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.About

Absolutely shocking service. We had a scheduled meeting at 5 pm with the owner, but he was preoccupied with another individual. He then proceeded to attend to another client, completely disregarding our presence as if we were invisible. By 5.30 pm, when our patience had worn thin, he nonchalantly informed us that we would have to wait another 10 minutes. It was clear he was not familiar with the high standards of customer service in New Zealand. Appalling. I would recommend avoiding this establishment if possible. We decided to leave, and he displayed no sign of remorse.
