One of the worst nail episodes I've had. I'd toiled to fortify my nails with builder gel, then opted for regular gel. They ripped off my builder gel with a plastic tip forced between my natural nail and the gel. I'd asked for soaking, but they ignored me. It took around 15 minutes of painful ripping. Layers of my natural nails went with it. They said my nails were so frail they had to trim them all down. I explained it was due to not soaking off the builder gel and stripping so many layers. They filed my edges, leaving them sore, and cut my thumb. No inquiry on shape preference; I wanted square, but they filed them round in a rushed manner. I left feeling devastated; my hard-grown, strong nails were wrecked in minutes.
