I trusted her advice and opted to get the ‘kiwi combo brow’ to achieve the look I wanted. Sarah made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision. I feel she is a perfectionist which I appreciated, making sure she was 100% happy with the mapping of my brows before starting the procedure. I felt well informed about what was happening, and let Sarah do her thing! I am absolutely thrilled with how my brows have come out! I cannot wait to see them healed! The wax was scalding, and I ended up with wax residue all over me. Upon returning home, I had to remove it myself and found that there were still hairs left behind. Disappointed with the service.
