Visited this place for eyebrow shaping and a Brazilian wax. Delighted with how my eyebrows turned out; they looked fantastic. However, the Brazilian wax experience was not as pleasant. The wax was scalding, and I ended up with wax residue all over me. Upon returning home, I had to remove it myself and found that there were still hairs left behind. Disappointed with the service. I received a voucher as a birthday gift, but I won't be coming back.About

So rude. Absolutely shocking service. We had a scheduled meeting at 5 pm with the owner, but he was preoccupied with another individual. He then proceeded to attend to another client, completely disregarding our presence as if we were invisible. By 5.30 pm, when our patience had worn thin, he nonchalantly informed us that we would have to wait another 10 minutes. It was clear he was not familiar with the high standards of customer service in New Zealand. Appalling. I would recommend avoiding this establishment if possible. We decided to leave, and he displayed no sign of remorse.
