The team is incredibly kind, attentive to whether you fancy a chat or need quiet to focus - which I often do. Every visit leaves me feeling utterly spoiled with precisely the look I envisioned; and they offer fantastic guidance when I'm undecided. The blonde never turns brassy and grows out flawlessly. While Melissa is my top choice, Sarah-Lee also did a fantastic job. The snacks and wide drinks selection are a delightful bonus.About
