Had a dreadful experience, previously had SNS on my nails, one broke short. Showed it to the nail tech, asked her to be gentle, still attached to my skin. She filed the top, then ripped off the broken nail, got an acrylic tip to rip the rest. Broke three other nails, healthy and strong, should've stayed intact with proper removal. Aware it caused discomfort, I mentioned being used to soaking off, but she continued, tried to charge $20 for removal! Never returning here.
