The wax was scalding, and I ended up with wax residue all over me. Upon returning home, I had to remove it myself and found that there were still hairs left behind. Disappointed with the service. However, Kim was so chill, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the whole process. She was a pleasure to work with and she just goes about her work without making you feel uneasy or rushed. Such a laid-back, relaxed service and I left feeling like I had just returned from a vacation!
The tan itself was seamless, and I received many compliments, even my makeup artist for the day mentioned how good it looked and was easy to match.
Overall, it wasn't an experience I needed to stress over; it was enjoyable, straightforward, and very simple.
