Just had a fantastic treatment by Brooke at Retreat Spa. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel pampered and at ease. A truly delightful experience, thank you Brooke!
Unsatisfied. Found a lot of wax residue on me when I got home. Many areas were missed. No tea tree or lotion used after waxing. Relied on reviews, won't return. Overcharged me, and when I raised the issue, she ignored me. Costly disappointment.

Facing a range of skin issues that regular products couldn't fix, she devised a tailored plan with facials and skincare items suited to my specific needs. Veronica is focused on achieving results, and the results were clearly visible. She provides excellent guidance on post-treatment care, including the simple reminder to stay hydrated. Additionally, she has on occasion gone above and beyond by offering small gifts and treats, enhancing the pampering experience. Christina, who is equally warm and welcoming, was my go-to for spray tans. The product used dries quickly, looks natural, and lasts well with proper pre and post-care. Overall, the team delivered the best care and service a woman could ask for. Highly recommended.
