I was recently cared for by the wonderful Kate after injuring my wrist. The level of care I received was exceptional, and Kate was very clear in explaining my treatment plan. She also efficiently arranged any necessary referrals. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with hand or wrist injuries.
I visited this place seeking information and the woman I encountered was quite rude. Perhaps she was hard of hearing, being an older woman, or maybe she was deaf? I apologized for any misunderstanding, but she still couldn't comprehend me when I spoke clearly without a New Zealand accent, more akin to Canadian. Even when I inquired about other locations like New Lynn, it was a challenge to communicate. It seems that being nice to people from here is a problem... It was the first time someone had difficulty understanding me! They should definitely consider changing the receptionist for future customers as I won't be returning.
I was referred here after injuring my finger, and I received excellent advice and rehabilitation exercises. Alesha was friendly and provided effective treatment. I highly recommend this place!
