Had a manicure and pedicure with simple polish at this salon yesterday. Very low-quality manicure. Nail polish took over 40 minutes to dry due to excessive layers. The manicurist thinned the polish with liquid in front of me because it was poor quality. The nail file dropped on the floor, and she picked it up to continue filing my nails.
First time at this store, and I won't be back. Poor service, employees only talking in their own language, rude, and did a terrible job. Here are my nails two days after getting a manicure at this salon.
Photos show it all. Can't believe they left SNS powder all over my fingers without cleaning up. Thought it was obvious and would be sorted later, but no, just a little hand massage and no mention of the excess powder. Absolutely shocked and disappointed as I was a regular customer. Treat others as you'd like to be treated. It's simple. Gutted and hoping for a resolution.
