I had a fantastic experience with waxing and facials. Hemi is a very professional therapist, yet also very warm and kind. The setting of the place is very clean and relaxing. My best waxing experience in Aotearoa - no inflammation and ingrown hairs. Hemi also taught me how to look after my skin better which was much appreciated.
