Absolutely shocking service. We had a scheduled meeting at 5 pm with the owner, but he was preoccupied with another individual. He then proceeded to attend to another client, completely disregarding our presence as if we were invisible. By 5.30 pm, when our patience had worn thin, he nonchalantly informed us that we would have to wait another 10 minutes. It was clear he was not familiar with the high standards of customer service in New Zealand. Appalling. I would recommend avoiding this establishment if possible. We decided to leave, and he displayed no sign of remorse. The nearby Hair Master hair salon is far superior in every aspect.

Not worth the visit. I showed the stylist a photo of the haircut I desired, but the owner failed to execute it properly. One side ended up longer than the other. Additionally, I was never given the opportunity to see the back of my hair with a mirror. I will not be returning to this salon.
