Unfortunately, my visit did not meet my expectations. Despite claims of staff proficiency in English, communication was an issue during my session. While I acknowledge the expertise of your therapists, there was a noticeable gap in understanding client preferences. It's disheartening to see genuine feedback disregarded. I hope this review can be taken as constructive feedback for future improvements.
