Awesome lead up to the appointment with reception, very attentive audiologist obviously knew what he was doing. No issues with equipment. Very good display screen to show results of tests and good description of what they meant. All my questions answered well. Clearly explained the funding. Very nice rooms.
I had a wonderful experience at Resonate. Aroha has been always very friendly and helpful and she convinced me to go for the hearing aids with you. When I had my appointment with Craig I can’t say enough on how tino pai it all went with him and how he explained all so clearly. In all honesty I have had consultations before, but never experienced this quality of service. I feel confident to get help if I have a problem, knowing they will do their best to help me. 👍👏
Really lovely staff who were so helpful when I had blocked ears. My partner and I then both went on to have some hearing tests performed. We were made to feel really comfortable and had things explained to us so well. Top marks Howard and Bronwyn. I would highly recommend this team. Thank you!
