I have been frequenting this beauty salon every half year (since 2022) and have consistently been amazed by their exceptional permanent straightening service. The staff are warm and thoughtful, ensuring I enjoy a serene experience when I'm fatigued and in need of some tranquility.

Economical rates, yet upon my arrival, my desires were disregarded. I wished for a trim. My hair is not suited for a drastic cut, as suggested by other hair parlors I've patronized. Nonetheless, my instructions were ignored, resulting in an excessively short cut. I was incensed with the stylist and was offered a $5 deduction. However, this was a nightmarish ordeal. The $5 discount held no significance, as the damage was already done, rendering the discount pointless. I was profoundly disheartened as I had repeatedly cautioned her throughout the process and prior to the cut, yet she chose to disregard my warnings. In the end, she chuckled at my dismay, failing to acknowledge her error and dismissing it as "fine". Regrettably, it was not. I was on my way to a friend's wedding ceremony; hence, I visited your salon for a hairdo and you botched it. I cannot emphasize enough, NEVER visit this establishment.
