I had to rate 2-3 stars as I've been with the Kiwi Harbour Clinic for a few years and always enjoyed my visits. This week, I decided to stop as I am noticing a decline in communication. I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance, only to arrive and find out I wasn't booked. No text or heads up. Disappointing to discover on the day, especially since I live 45 minutes away. This has happened more than twice now. The reason given was that the therapist had been moved to another clinic - a weak excuse for neglecting clients. My payments are current, so I'm really disappointed with this service. Hopefully, others won't face the same. Please work on your communication.About
