The team is incredibly kind, attentive to whether you fancy a chat or need quiet to focus - which I often do. Every visit leaves me feeling utterly spoiled with precisely the look I envisioned; and they offer fantastic guidance when I'm undecided. The blonde never turns brassy and grows out flawlessly. The wax was scalding, and I ended up with wax residue all over me. Upon returning home, I had to remove it myself and found that there were still hairs left behind. Disappointed with the service.
