My boy asked for a fade on the sides and back, but the barber ended up shaving off 4 inches on the sides and 6 inches at the back. He didn't want a military cut. He clearly communicated his preferences, but you disregarded them. Even after he expressed his dissatisfaction, you still demanded $40 for your mistake.
