My lass chose to trim her hair today. 11 years of locks, never snipped before, today we had the joy of Joshika trimming and styling her hair from the thrill of the first snip to the glee and grins of the end result. She did so well on my lass's hair that I got mine cut by her too. Hair at Auckland has been my favorite salon for the past 2 years and even though I've moved out of the area and live an hour away, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else and still make the trip monthly - this place is worth it! Sarah is my absolute hair wizard and goes to great lengths to ensure that my hair color is exactly what I desire every time, even with a tricky copper and lots of grey. Her ability to 'read the room' is always spot on so whether you're looking for a good chat or some quiet relaxation, she always delivers. Bonus: her head massages are top-notch 💆♀️ I've also had Lisa and Charlotte do my hair when Sarah hasn't been available and they are also both amazing at their craft. Kia ora, my name is Shane. I hail from Wellington and ventured all the way to Christchurch for a family gathering. After a quick search for salons specializing in blonde hair, I stumbled upon Kiwi & Co. Stepping into their establishment was a classy experience. I was warmly welcomed by Laura, who promptly seated me. Following a pleasant chat, Georgia took over for a consultation. Despite my appointment being set for 10:15, I arrived around 9:30, but the ladies graciously accommodated me. Laura even offered me a lovely cup of coffee, which was a nice touch. Initially sporting plum and purple hair, Georgia confidently assured me that she could work her magic, and her enthusiasm was infectious. Laura spent most of the day bleaching my hair, with Jessica popping in to bring me coffee a few times - she's such a sweetheart. Jessica also did wonders with my eyebrows, leaving me very pleased. As the day progressed, Laura continued working on my hair while Georgia handled the toning process, ensuring me that everything would turn out beautifully. Towards the end, Jessica and another lovely lady expertly blow-dried my hair. Georgia truly shines as a manager and team leader; her bubbly and friendly personality made the experience even more delightful. By the time I left around 3 pm, I was in awe of the transformation from when I first walked in off the street. From the warm welcome to the exceptional service, the team at Kiwi & Co truly made me feel like royalty. I can't wait to return when I'm back in Christchurch. Amber's talent is exceptional, they always grasp my desired look effortlessly. Their baby-lights technique is top-notch, consistently delivering a natural blonde finish. I have yet to find another stylist who can match Amber's level of expertise and ease in achieving the perfect result. I highly recommend them for blondes, based on my own experience. Their product knowledge is impressive, and on top of that, they're a joy to be around and incredibly kind! 10/10About
