I came 30 minutes early for my appointment and we did start 15 minutes earlier☺️ She did my lashes & brows as I expected. She gave me a spool and keratin for the aftercare. Excellent work! I had to rate 2-3 stars as I've been with the Kiwi Harbour Clinic for a few years and always enjoyed my visits. This week, I decided to stop as I am noticing a decline in communication. I had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance, only to arrive and find out I wasn't booked. No text or heads up. Disappointing to discover on the day, especially since I live 45 minutes away. This has happened more than twice now. The reason given was that the therapist had been moved to another clinic - a weak excuse for neglecting clients. My payments are current, so I'm really disappointed with this service. Hopefully, others won't face the same. Please work on your communication.About

After a quick search for salons specializing in blonde hair, I stumbled upon Kiwi & Co. Stepping into their establishment was a classy experience. I was warmly welcomed by Laura, who promptly seated me. Following a pleasant chat, Georgia took over for a consultation. Despite my appointment being set for 10:15, I arrived around 9:30, but the ladies graciously accommodated me. Laura even offered me a lovely cup of coffee, which was a nice touch. Initially sporting plum and purple hair, Georgia confidently assured me that she could work her magic, and her enthusiasm was infectious. Laura spent most of the day bleaching my hair, with Jessica popping in to bring me coffee a few times - she's such a sweetheart. Jessica also did wonders with my eyebrows, leaving me very pleased. As the day progressed, Laura continued working on my hair while Georgia handled the toning process, ensuring me that everything would turn out beautifully. Towards the end, Jessica and another lovely lady expertly blow-dried my hair. Georgia truly shines as a manager and team leader; her bubbly and friendly personality made the experience even more delightful. By the time I left around 3 pm, I was in awe of the transformation from when I first walked in off the street. From the warm welcome to the exceptional service, the team at Kiwi & Co truly made me feel like royalty. I can't wait to return when I'm back in Christchurch.
