Her lash skills are top-notch 😮💨 I've been going to Hayley for my lashes for nearly two years and haven't found anyone better. Her lash retention is amazing, they can last up to two months (even longer with proper care 😉) and her lashes are super lightweight! Sometimes I forget I even have them on. One of the worst nail episodes I've had. I'd toiled to fortify my nails with builder gel, then opted for regular gel. They ripped off my builder gel with a plastic tip forced between my natural nail and the gel. I'd asked for soaking, but they ignored me. It took around 15 minutes of painful ripping. Layers of my natural nails went with it. They said my nails were so frail they had to trim them all down. I explained it was due to not soaking off the builder gel and stripping so many layers. They filed my edges, leaving them sore, and cut my thumb. No inquiry on shape preference; I wanted square, but they filed them round in a rushed manner. I left feeling devastated; my hard-grown, strong nails were wrecked in minutes. I've visited the Nail Garden in Epsom a few times and recently tried out the Takapuna location with a friend due to a May promotion. It was a fantastic experience - the staff is welcoming, the salon is clean with a great ambiance, and they even offer a hot beverage. The only thing to note is that the service may take longer than anticipated. Had a manicure and pedicure with simple polish at this salon yesterday. Very low-quality manicure. Nail polish took over 40 minutes to dry due to excessive layers. The manicurist thinned the polish with liquid in front of me because it was poor quality.
