Visited for a 30-minute massage. The chair portion was wonderful! However, once we transitioned to lying down for my back, things took a turn. I could feel their phone vibrating, leading them to pause and respond to texts. This occurred multiple times (around 10 instances), and I didn't receive adequate pressure on my back. I felt too hesitant to address it during the session and was surprised by the continuous interruptions.
