Visited this place for eyebrow shaping and a Brazilian wax. Delighted with how my eyebrows turned out; they looked fantastic. However, the Brazilian wax experience was not as pleasant. The wax was scalding, and I ended up with wax residue all over me. Upon returning home, I had to remove it myself and found that there were still hairs left behind. Disappointed with the service. I received a voucher as a birthday gift, but I won't be coming back.About

I recently tried the bridal tan package for my March wedding. It was my first time getting a professional tan and I was feeling a bit anxious about it. However, Kim was so chill, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the whole process. She was a pleasure to work with and she just goes about her work without making you feel uneasy or rushed. Such a laid-back, relaxed service and I left feeling like I had just returned from a vacation!
The tan itself was seamless, and I received many compliments, even my makeup artist for the day mentioned how good it looked and was easy to match.
Overall, it wasn't an experience I needed to stress over; it was enjoyable, straightforward, and very simple. After a quick search for salons specializing in blonde hair, I stumbled upon Kiwi & Co. Stepping into their establishment was a classy experience. I was warmly welcomed by Laura, who promptly seated me. Following a pleasant chat, Georgia took over for a consultation. Despite my appointment being set for 10:15, I arrived around 9:30, but the ladies graciously accommodated me. Laura even offered me a lovely cup of coffee, which was a nice touch. Initially sporting plum and purple hair, Georgia confidently assured me that she could work her magic, and her enthusiasm was infectious. Laura spent most of the day bleaching my hair, with Jessica popping in to bring me coffee a few times - she's such a sweetheart. Jessica also did wonders with my eyebrows, leaving me very pleased. As the day progressed, Laura continued working on my hair while Georgia handled the toning process, ensuring me that everything would turn out beautifully. Towards the end, Jessica and another lovely lady expertly blow-dried my hair. Georgia truly shines as a manager and team leader; her bubbly and friendly personality made the experience even more delightful. By the time I left around 3 pm, I was in awe of the transformation from when I first walked in off the street. From the warm welcome to the exceptional service, the team at Kiwi & Co truly made me feel like royalty. I can't wait to return when I'm back in Christchurch.
