The salesperson (a blonde woman with a strong accent) was incredibly rude. I will never step foot in that shop again. (Takapuna)
This is my second visit... the first time, the salesperson decided to chat with a friend and left me waiting... today, two older women were serving and just seemed unfriendly... come on, folks, I understand that dealing with the public can be tough, but please improve... a lovely girl in Queen Street a few Sundays back was really pleasant and helpful... she could teach these individuals a thing or two.
Lack of product knowledge and a brusque manner. Unwilling to assist with selecting items, so I made a mental note of what I needed and made my purchase online. I want to support local businesses during these challenging times, but not when the service is subpar.
