Kiri was amazing and very attentive. I went in with a possible ingrown toenail and she was friendly and helped me relax. I'm expecting a baby and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I will definitely be returning to fix my nails and would recommend without hesitation!
Kiri operated on both my big Toes for In-growing nails. She was exceptionally professional, supportive, and caring throughout. At the follow-up visit Kiri was very pleased as I had followed all her advice. Over the weekend I was quite concerned as it was evident from the dressings that they needed to be changed daily rather than every two days, as initially recommended. Kiri had kindly provided me with her contact number and I was able to receive sound advice and guidance to change my dressing daily. I would highly recommend Kiri as a Podiatrist without hesitation.
Doctor Rangi removed my ingrown toenail and was incredibly patient and professional the whole time, I tend to get quite anxious around needles and doctors but never felt hurried. Exceptional service I would absolutely recommend to anyone delaying seeking help due to fear. Five stars ⭐️
