Yesterday Hine made my day by going above and beyond to give me a massage while doing my facial, to help with my jet lag. It definitely did the trick! I had the most restful sleep last night. Thank you Hine and thank you to the team for exceptional service.
Mere is amazing!! She is incredibly professional and warm, she made me feel completely at ease and relaxed. I even got complimented on my fragrance at the supermarket because I smelled divine after my Island Time - Body Scrub and Wrap! I couldn't recommend her more highly!
I was given a voucher, so I booked multiple treatments. I was impressed with Mere, my masseuse who ensured I felt comfortable and respected my privacy. Another time, I had waxing done by Hine. She was efficient and professional. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with my manicure from Maia. I didn't feel the treatment justified the $90 price tag. I spent $400 at the spa and was charged an additional $3 as the treatments exceeded the voucher's value. As a loyal customer, I was disappointed by the minor extra charge.
