I went to get my hair styled last Friday and left feeling dissatisfied with the outcome. I had inquired about the cost of a root touch-up through email, and was given an estimate of $140-$160 depending on the thickness of my hair. However, when it came time to pay, I was charged $230. This discrepancy may have been due to the additional "blow wave" service I received, which I assumed was complimentary since my initial booking was just for a root touch-up as discussed in our email correspondence.
