Came here to get some hydrocortisone cream for my 4 year old daughter who had an eczema flare up while on holiday. Went to the chemist to get some advice as we usually get doctor prescribed cream for her and encountered perhaps the WORST chemist ever. Had absolutely no interest to engage or offer any help. Had to call him 3 times before he even bothered looking at me. Told him I needed some hydrocortisone cream for my young daughter and he just directed me to the aisle where the creams were. I tried to explain that we usually get doctor prescribed ones and he didn't even bother responding. As all the chemists in the area were closed, I had to get something from the aisle and when I went back to check with this rude person he just looked up for a second and said the cream was fine. Such terrible service! If you need medication, this is definitely the last person you want to talk to.
Worst chemist I've ever seen. Two terrible incidents. Needed a medicine for my girl and wanted advice so asked if he could help. He swiftly pointed to a shelf and ignored me even after I was there to inquire if it was correct. Second time It took them 1/2 an hour for a prescription and there were only three people waiting there. So engrossed in talking......
Yesterday visited the store and was discussing a product with my partner as it was priced differently online and in the mailer we’d received. A lovely lady named Tui overheard us, approached me and asked if she could assist, went to clarify the price of the item and apologised for the confusion, she just went that extra mile to make my in-store experience a positive one where many others would overlook me and leave me to chase them. Thanks Tui, you’re a valuable member of your team :)
