Melody is truly exceptional! She is incredibly compassionate and thoughtful, she remembers so much about you and your trouble areas. The Pilates exercises are fantastic and gentle, she customizes them to ensure your safety. The studio is breathtaking, the twinkling fairy lights above are exquisite and transport you when your core is burning. I absolutely adore the sessions.
