I had long hair and decided to get a haircut. I asked for a healthy trim, face-framing layers, and sought advice on adding layers. I was informed the cut would reach my mid-back. However, I ended up with shoulder-length hair (shorter than expected), uneven thick layers, and the stylist, Anita, displayed a passive-aggressive attitude. I returned a few days later to another stylist named Tia, who fixed the uneven layers and cleaned up the mess left behind. Tia even discovered 4cm pieces cut in the previous appointment and handled the situation with empathy. Though I now have shoulder-length hair with uneven patches, I had a positive experience with Tia. I do not recommend Anita, but the other staff members were pleasant.
Tia did a fantastic job of translating my hair inspiration into reality. Her positive attitude and engaging conversation made me feel comfortable and valued. She attentively listened to my hair goals and executed them beautifully. I highly recommend Tia.
